By accessing or using MoversBro, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Platform Services
MoversBro provides:
- Lead generation services
- Quote request services
- Customer-to-mover matching services
- Business management software for moving companies
MoversBro is not itself a moving company and does not perform moving services.
Independent Companies
Moving companies using MoversBro are independent businesses.
MoversBro does not employ, supervise, control, or guarantee the performance of any moving company.
Any moving contract is entered into directly between the customer and the selected moving company.
No Service Guarantee
MoversBro does not guarantee:
- Availability of moving companies
- Quality of services
- Pricing accuracy
- Service outcomes
- Customer satisfaction
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Submit legitimate quote requests
- Cooperate with service providers
- Review estimates and contracts before hiring a mover
Company Responsibilities
Moving companies agree to:
- Maintain required licenses and permits
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate company information
- Use customer information only for legitimate business purposes
Lead Ownership
Leads provided through MoversBro remain subject to MoversBro's platform policies.
Moving companies may not resell, transfer, or distribute customer lead information obtained through the platform.
Fees
MoversBro may charge moving companies fees for leads, subscriptions, software access, advertising, or premium services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, branding, and technology associated with MoversBro remain the property of MoversBro.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoversBro shall not be liable for:
- Moving service disputes
- Property damage
- Personal injury
- Delays
- Loss of profits
- Indirect or consequential damages
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoversBro from claims arising out of their use of the platform.
Account Suspension
MoversBro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
MoversBro may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
